I have installed Limewire on my mac, but somehow it stays disconnected, even if I try connect it again, it doesn't do anything, it also says no files shared.

Check this thread in the Connections Forum. If you enter these hosts into your Tools > Options > Connections it should connect.

0 files? Do you have files to share? Did you set up your shared folder? If not, go to Tools > Options > Shared and select a folder for sharing. That should take care of the 0 file problem. The other thread will take care of the connection problem. There have been some problems with connecting lately.

unfortunately I am still not able to connect. At the connection setup I have the followings:

connect1.gnutellanet.com.6364
connect2.gnutellanet.com.6364
connect3.gnutellanet.com.6364
connect4.gnutellanet.com.6364

I entered the thread you gave me, still won't work.
