Somehow the 'bitrate' column is missing from my searches.
I'm running Limewire 2.8.5 with OS 9.2

I tried control-clicking the menu bars already and Bitrate is not even an option box to check anymore.
Only: Quality, #, Name, Type, Size, Speed, Score, Chat, Location

Bitrate was the most important one to me, now I'm flying blind guessing quality by file size.

Help would be much appreciated!

BTW- I forgot to mention that I already tried trashing the preference files.

When you control-click on the menu bar, at the bottom of the list is: audio and video. If you hold the mouse over audio, another list comes up. Bitrate is on that list. I am using 2.8.2 and it is there on mine.

Problem was the audio and video lists weren't there either. It must've just been a fluke because after restarting my computer the additional options came back.
It's working now.
