It won't even let me search!! HELP ME PLEASE!

Okay, I have a Mac OS 8.6... so basically, Limewire is my only shot for a P2P music downloader. I installed the free version of the program, and the installation went fine. I put in a search (ex. Nirvana ) in the search box and clicked the button, but NOTHING HAPPENS! The lime dosent even turn around or anything. I am connected, so i dont know whats wrong. Please help me!

Try again. Sometimes LimeWire does not come up with any search results and if you try again you will get results. This happens to me sometimes. I hope this helps.

I've never even completed a search.... nothing has ever happened!! thanks for the advice though, but i cant tell you how many times ive tried searching again and even uninstalling it and reinstalling it... i've also downloaded it many times from different places. Thanks

Depending upon your connection speed and bandwith availability, you may need to go into the 'options' area of LW and make some adjustments. Hope this helps.
