Same here no PRO???

Same here, bought 3.8.x PRO, upgraded to 4.0, MacOS 9.2.2 here.

After installing 4.0 it asks me to upgrade to PRO, I already paid for 6 months of upgrades + Pro.

When I run 4.0 it will not run in PRO mode. I get only 4 ultrapeers, not 6 like I had with 3.8.x PRO.

What gives? How do I run 4.0 in PRO mode???

The PRO version is not the same _download_ as the Basic version. To get a PRO upgrade you need to use your personal link to your download PRO page, that you have received in an email.

If you have lost this URL, request it to LimeWire with the online form (you need to specify the same email address you used when buying LimeWire PRO, and you'll receive a new email in that same mailbox).

This personnal link remains active after your payment for the 6 months of free upgrades, and also allows you to get access to intermediate betas in PRO version (without the prompt to get LimeWire PRO, and without the link at the bottom of the window, and without the Shopping tab, all of these being enabled only in LimeWire Basic; note however that you can still visit, if you want the Shopping site in LimeWire PRO, by selecting the Shopping menu item in the Resources menu).

Additional performance boost settings are also enabled in the PRO version (however there's no difference in the implementation code or quality between Basic and PRO releases and beta versions, both being created at the same time with the same sources).

Which OS system are you using?

Which LW version did you download? There was a problem w/v4.0 & 4.0.2 for people using the older OS systems (classic). The problem has been corrected with v4.0.3 which was released TODAY 5/19/04.

The more details you provide about your problem the better you can be helped.
