Please do not post multiple threads for the same problem...!!!!:nono:
You problem might be Java related. I reckon updating your present Java installation prior to installing LW.....

Did you do the OS 9 updates I recommended in the other thread? Also make sure you have that last version of Java. MRJ 2.2.6

At what step does it stop? I'm not clear about that. I'll need to reboot into OS 9 to see what you mean.

After having a bit of fun in OS 9 I decided to eventually return to OSX. :D

Try rebooting whilst holding down the Command + Option keys so you can rebuild the desktop file. This should be done after installing & also periodically. Hopefully this will set things straight for the installer. Otherwise use Disk First Aid to check your system over. Then try again.

The steps in the installation process are in the image below. Where are you getting stuck at? The installed folder is shown in the 2nd image.

YES, Lord...
i did and it is Now OKey ...
i open LW and i can connect and search files and programs ...
what i remark, that LW can search, find and download files directly without
the procedure of Torrent file, a freind told me...
(in fact my freind finds first the program he needs, then download a small-size file, then some program he has reconizes that last file and open it and then download the big software related to it ...),

My step now is to find important sites containing important softwares ...
Many thanks for ur fast answers ...
