I have a Mac OS 9.2 imac- I dont know what you mean by dragging the icon- what is the icon? , I normally would double click a song and it would play, and all the songs I had downloaded still play fine but ever since about 2 weeks ago the new ones I downlooad, still download but when I click on the they dont play. I will be sooooo happy if you could help me out! Thanks- or maybe do you know a phone number I could call the company ??? It's really frustrating to me
