I dont know anything about Mactella,but it sounds like your trying to download from people who;
either have gone offline
have no upload slots available
are firewalled

Not knowing about mactella I cant advise what to look for,but you should read the help files for advice.

Downlaod from multiple users. Most will be unable to download. The one's in black are the ones most likely to be available. check your download's button and clear all the addresses that say sending push, and busy try again later and keep the ones that appear to be connecting. If you check the left hand corner of the mactella bos, you can see whether data is being downloaded and roughly at what speed.

Angry downloads

Limewire is garbage. I have yet to download anything. Waiting for busy is all you will get. I really miss Napster. Limewire is a waste of time. It reminds me of Microsoft and just using a PC ( paperweight ) in general.

Mactella takes a little bit of patience. Your setup and connection are probably fine, the difficulty comes at the other end, where you're trying to download from. I've found that it usually takes 3-5 tries to get a successful download; but there's so much material available, I always succeed in the end. Good luck!

I find the whole process of trying to download to be tiring and boring. My setup and connection are fine. I am using a suped up G4 with cable. My internet connection is solid and fast. I wont use software that slows me down. Napster is far superior to Limewire.

If I could get a successful download after only 3-5 tries I'd be happy as hell.
I am stuck in an infinite loop of push requests and am really frustrated over the whole thing.
