Oh dear, nothing's working now.

I feel such an idiot - and helpless too.

I've changed the settings of what can be copied from my disk
to mp3 and avi and now nothing works at all. Can I re-install?

I still can't get files to play, but now I can't get them to download either.

Is it ethical for someone to e-mail me a small file to test with?
