Well, I've never been able to get a good connection. Limewire starts nicely (allthough it freezes sometimes for 30 seconds) and start to connect, servers coming up. But then they all drop out one after the other, always. And that's it. I never get connected for real.

I've given up hope with Limewire on my Mac (G3, 266Mhz, OS8.6) and turned to Mactella instead. I think Javaprograms on Classic Mac-OS suck generally.
