can't start the program HELP !!!!

I installed the program, the first time when I start it, I clicked the "cancel" ~~
After that, I tried open the program again, but I can't ~~~

even I uninstall then reinstall it ~ or download a new file ~~~~

when i tried to open the program, it always said "unexpected quit ... type 2 error ... etc"

help me !!!! (Mac OS 9.2)

Make sure your Fax software extensions are turned OFF (FaxStf6). i found that this created Havoc with Limewire. Also, that Fax software company has an update at their website http://www.smithmicro.com, but I still recommend turning off those extensions.

Type 2 errors are program memory errors. OA-I (Get Info) scroll to 'memory'. Set the 'preferred memory' to abot 2 or 2.5 times the minimum.
