Incomplete downloads

I upgraded to Limewire Pro and the incomplete downloads from the basic version won't restart and finish? Searched the FAQ and forums but didn't find a match to my problem. Running a new IMac with OS 10.1.3. Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated.
