I this this one is PE, but it will not connect. I did my best and loaded the GnuServers.ini and GnuCache.net. Then I added public.bearshare.net Port:6346 as best as I could follow the instructions.

Tried Auto Connect too, after rebooting.

Ive done and re done all this and it will not connect.

Is it just me?

Did you allow Morpheus to act as a server and allow connection? (zonealarm)

You should try all seven hostcaches!

OK, I added connect1.gnutellanet.com:6346 and Morph will briiefly connect I think. The search will work, and at the bottom right the receive/send rates change from 0.00 to o.01

But I try to search and it drops out with no results, and not connected.

I tried most of the others, 2, 3, 4 etc but the same thing, or no connect at all.

Interesting. The progress bar never moves until I Load Config and Load nodes. Then the bar will move, but I never connect.

Do I need to reboot?

I will now start from 1 again and see if any of them will connect me for any amount of time.

i don't have a solution for your problems, but as far as i know older gnucleus versions always had problems running on computers with zonealarm installed, and morpheus is based on one such older version of gnucleus (1.6.0.0). if you can't get it running, i would simply suggest to switch to the real gnucleus, which is way better anyway and updated much more frequently (1.8.2.0 at the time being). the morph is hopelessly outdated imho, you shouldn't use it.
