Pinnacle

No idea if I'm even on the right site with this query but Napster wouldn't let me register on their forum for some reason. Any advice on why I can't play purchased (Napster) tracks through my Pinnacle Soundbridge? Is it just a compatability thing?

most likely...since the current Napster is a for profit service its content is certainly controlled (DRM)...

OK - thanks for responding, Peerless. Bit of a rubbish service from Napster if I can't play tunes via the PC and the soundbridge. Will just have to turn the volume up on the PC so I can hear it in the other room . . .

well, join the crowd of people who hate DRM and everything it stands for (or should I say against?)

if you had taken the time to google the concept of napster and drm you would have found, as I just did, that as of Q2 of this year drm was removed from their products...which indicates of course that before that there were drm restrictions and apparently those downloads/purchases will not be upgraded...
