Alphabetical Listing Might it be possible to have the genre types in the dropdown in the audio search put in alphabetical order pleeeeeeeease ! I don't think this should be too dificult to implement and it would make a lot more sense than it just being a random messed up list. (I'm using 2.3.1 Pro on a Mac btw). Big Cheers !!! |
yea alphabetical library did you find out how to do this??? i would love to do it also |
bobomon has sorted the list and made the file available here: <http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...=&postid=44833> |
does that work for linux? i am sorry i didnt think to mention i am using linux sorry randog |
While I am not running Linux I suspect that there is a similar, if not identical file in use for LINUX. I actually have a system here I intend to build as a Linux box in the future... just not enough time. Look around for a file that looks like the 'audio.xsd' mentioned in my post ... maybe one of the developers can just add the sorted version to the next incremental release... since I do not fall into the class of programmer that would work with the open source I did not take that route. |
