I'd like to see some way to automatically terminate uploads that have stalled. I don't know how many times I've seen my client with the maximum number of uploads going, but all of them transferring 0B/s. I manually kill one and somebody else immediately jumps in and starts uploading. I find myself frequently monitoring the uploads and manually killing off the ones that have stalled. (And this is a bit of a hunt-the-wumpus game with the speed that screen updates sometimes.)

On the other end of things, it would be nice to be able to force restart a dl at 0/kb. Usually when I am just about the kill the dl, it starts up again. But it does seem a real waste.
