Another group of ideas

1. Option to show file size sent (on/off)
2. Refresh search list interval (5-10min minimum, max-???)
3. Display Save file as, before downloading (to clean up some excessively long names from the start - On/Off)
4. Search by specific file types, eg *.AVI, *.MP3, *.ASF, only ONE file type instead of ALL of the filetype class.
5. I'll think of more...

none of these serve much use since they can be done manually very easly

You can rename files after download, directly in the Library pane, this will keep the current hash value that is now widely used to identify files with different names but with the same content!

If you rename or move the file in your explorer or shell, You'll need to refresh the library to see the new name, and Limewire will need to recompute the hash of contents of all new files, in order to identify it, and the renamed file will not appear immediately as a shared file in the library (this may take minutes if the file is large).

Well, at least that one works.

#6 I think there needs to be a check for online/offline status, or to show that the download cannot connect.

I keep getting downloads that relentlessly send requery and clear enactive doesn't kill those. So either a online/offline check or a button or option to 'connect on first try or not at all.'

#2 is something i would like to see also. The program actually researches as if u had done the research manually every 15 mins for the top 5 downloads in ure list. This would helps loads for people who leave large downloads on over night as it increases the chances there gonna get the most download from it.
