limit max up/downloads to/from same host

In gtk-gnutella one can set to allow only a specific amount of uploads to the same host at a time. Same with downloads. I really don't want one bandwith hog taking all of my upload slots. Do you?

In Limewire you can set a limit to the number of uploads per person to whatever you wish... I set mine to two...and my upload slots to 8 so at worst a given person can only get 2 files at a time. If the person were abusive you could add their IP to the filtered host list and they could not get to you at all.
