Hopeless

Trying to block the ranges of IP addresses owned by the RIAA is hopeless since they likely outsource the analysis of file sharing to companies like NetPD or Media Enforcer. And those companies probably have anonymous nodes on Road Runner cable modems or other major broadband networks.
