ability to browse the hosts to whom you are currently uploading

would be a nice feature, wouldn't it?

yeah, then you can see what other people - who share the same interests - have to offer.

Browsing hosts to whom you upload

I just now posted a similar feature request before I saw this thread.

When I have been able to browse other hosts I'm downloading from (rarely the "browse host" option is available), I find little of interest.

On the other hand, I often see the same IP address sucking up all my Celtic music files (for example), which indicates some intersection of mutual interest, and possibly some fruitful file sharing.

good for productivity

I recently noticed somebody downloading my music (I mean MY as in I made it), waited for half an hour and then downloaded the rest of my songs! I'd really like to hear what else the person listen's to! and a browse-uploader function would be remarkable for other purposes too!

good idea!!

Cool. I'm interested in Gnutella being used to share original works, rather than commercially-available stuff. What are the names of some of your pieces? I'd like to check them out myself.

Well, you can open a chat window an ask the one who downloaded the file. If the chat button is not available, browse host probably wouldn't work either.
