upload/download tab

i noticed that in limewire 2.6.5, the download section is linked to search and the uploads to monitor. putting the download section in the search section looks sloppy on an 800x600 screen. why not give downloads and uploads their own tab? i think this would look better and make limewire a bit easier to use.
