Some suggestions from a newbie--

Greetings, I must start off by saying that I think this is a great product and I look forward to watching it evolve in the future. I am on a Mac OSX system so if things are different in other softwares or platform, I can only speak from what I am seeing in using this product.

1) I would like to see a REFRESH Button for the searches that we do, as it seems that not everyone stays on-line for you to get what you want the first time, so instead of having to close the Search tag and retyping our search for an item again you could just refresh the search box to see if your item is still there.

2) I had hoped that once locked onto an item you would get the whole item without reverting to and ReQueary&Wait, but I also understand that if the host hangs up, then we are out of luck and must try again. I would like to be able to Browse anybody that is taking or Browsing from me, this not being able to Browse someone defeats our purpose here, huh?

3) I like the simple format of gettting around but would like to maybe have the main window we use be laid out differently. I found myself focusing on the Monitor page and would like to be able to see when someone is Browsing through my files so I can visit them back. Also I think the Search panel coming out so large and having to slide the panel open and shut everytime you do a search and then close it back so you can see your results is a little tedious, the little arrows are definately a nuscious. I would prefer, since the the actually text for our Search descriptions is so little, that we could have the search area located somewhere along the bottom of the main window or somewhere out of the way so we can veiw our whole main window and tabs without having to keep playing with the opening and shutting of the Search panel.

4) I still can't figure out what it means when I put in a search result that has no matching Item why I get a 12 line excert of Awesome, Please submit, More Please or whatever and each of those files are really tiny and aren't anything.

OK, its late and I'm sure I'll have a few more suggestions later. Ciao, and thanks for listening.

Hello griffin

re 1) "instead of having to close the Search tag and retyping our search for an item again," you can just ctrl-click and bring up the Contextual Menu options. Try this for 2) browse host also

re 3) I found resizing the various parts of each pane pretty easy to customize the space to needed to display the results, once I found where to click-and-drag the dividers

re 4) You can block those hosts (search for "Awesome" for many tips on this irritating problem). The next version (expected this week) should allow ctrl-click blocking

If you search for poster "Trap_jaw" you might save time regarding many more quirks and ideas using Limewire.
