In ADSL, A stands for Asynchronous
 
When you select your speed in Limewire, such as Cable, DSL, Limewire thinks that your upload speed is equal to your download speed, so when you choose to decrease your upload bandwidth the minimum is 10KB/s... although my theoretical maximum is 12KB/s... Please correct this!
