New Feature Requests Your idea for a cool new feature. Or, a LimeWire annoyance that has to get changed. |

![]() I've tried the suggestions, e.g. set uploads to zero and "quit after transfers", but I find the next moring that Limewire is still sitting there chugging away. There are no uploads going on, but Limewire stays alive, and lets everyone search my files - there are always 10 in the queue. As a result, my hard drive continues to thrash all night. So what do I do? Exit Limewire completely in the middle of others' downloads. I don't like doing that. 80% of my large downloads don't complete for just that reason with other users. What's the use of having such an excellent file selection if you can't complete the downloads, and they come in at a pokey 3kbps? |
