My upload bandwidth (I'm assuming that's what UL stands for) Is at 0%.

There is no 0% on UL bandwidth the minimum is on modem and it is 1.75KB/s and if you are set at T3 the minimum is 93.75KB/s. Unless you mean you are leaching and have set your UL to 0.

See it wasn't a problem with something I was doing or my machine! The new limewire 4.10.9 works wonderful, see there were bugs or something, now it runs great and doesn't interfere.

It wasn't a problem with LimeWire. It was a problem with a bad install of Java.
