 Pro Users are treated the same by other clients, because your program doesn't shout to the Net "I have paid, serve me". It would be possible to create Code, which preferences Pro Users, but that would only spawn LimeWire clones, which are simply built from the sourcecode as Pro Versions (Don't forget that LmeWire is completely GPL).
