How about maximising download efficiency?

I've been using limewire for a long time now and am absolutely thrilled at the progress it has made over the years....
....since the early days!

Sometimes when I'm downloading a file, not all my available bandwidth is used up by that download, (because I'm only downloading from one source who has a slower up speed than my down speed or something) so I thought, wouldn't it be great if there was the possiblity for limewire to automatically start a different (queued) download if the maximum bandwith of your connection is not already reached by a current download. Some sort of priority system (me thinking slightly ahead of the game) could ensure that a certain item in a queue would have the highest priority and if the download of this file wasn't at maximum speed for my connection another file would resume until limewire finds more sources or something to download the high-priority file at full speed.

this would enable maximisation of connection and thus optimizing download times.

anyone else have any thoughts on this, I would love to hear some opinions or improvements to this suggestion....
