There should be some sort of chat featuere that lets you talk to someone you are downloading off, for example, you are downloading a song, but its goign slow and the connection keeps breaking, you want to ge the file transferred personally, over something like ICQ or FTP direct from them, You shuold be able to chat to them and get deatils etc. I think this would greatly benefit the Limewire community,

The Developers say they are working on that and it will be available in a future version.

Glad to hear they're adding a chat interface ... now if we can just get them to institute hotlists (please see my post on the General Gnutella board), those of us sharing tons of files might have some tools to start blocking freeloaders and unclogging the network!
