Limeplugged had this earlier.....

Would it be such a bad idea to use Usernames? Not only useful for Chatting, but also instead of IP addresses. Hacking would be an issue, yes, but I believe that the developers can work around it.

Do a search specifically thru the New Feature Req section for username. Or have a look at recent posts. It's been discussed a no. of times before & recently.

Emule seemed to pull it off...

But then again it is a totally different type of network.

Limewire is good the way it is. Usernames is not such a BIG issue.
