give me an answer

My annual request for an edit menu is in.

Now, please tell me if it will ever come and if not, why!!!!!!!!!

What is the big deal? I just want an answer. I have not upgraded in a while. I will start to do so again once the Edit menu is included. No sense in paying when I don’t get the product I desire. I have done so in the past to help with development, but it is not going in the direction I want.

But you can already edit. You can copy & paste into search. Change file names ... even add id tags to both mp3's & movies.

i like to cut from a list sometimes while sitting back and not having to use the keyboard.

Consider it your cardiovascular excercise for the day and punch a few keys! Sheesh!

Anyone that upset about not having a lazy tool on their filesharing app... well.......................

Ok I only have one hand, happy now? Actually, more often than not, I have a cup of coffee or tea in one hand and the mouse in the other; he crappy Mac mouse with 1 button. And yes I am too cheep to get another one, and the buttons on my tablet pen are not as conveeeeeenient.

it is a break in work flow to change positions. besides, that's why we have mice. I’m glued upright with a CAD program all day that does not have a delete tool besides the keyboard. I would like to relax when I come home.

there is no reason not to have such a menu.

Uh, have you right-clicked on the most recent version? The menu is there.

i miss understood you at first. i have a single button mouse. i can use the ctrl button, but that would be the same as command V. i still want an edit menu to do it with the mouse alone

Buy a two button mouse.

et voilà April 25th, 2005 05:03 PM

I'm a mac user, but it is really a pain in the a** to use a single button mouse. Buy a two buttons mouse, really. Mac os x is built to use with a two buttons mouse, probably because Apple prorammers are using those :D

But I thought he just wanted to twinkle his nose like in Bewitched so it just happens without lifting a finger. Who needs a mouse! lol :D Or just a shuffle of the feet.
