I Was wandering if this software could as a new feature make a folder w/ the artists name when it saves all the music titles? i would pay extra for that service.

This might not be what you're after & might squeal at the suggestion but how about this: iTunes shared library But it'd mean you'd need to import them into iTunes 1st which is quite easy (eg: drag & drop.) I know this is not what you were requesting but it's an effective alternative.
