how about adding a top 40 chart to your program would be so handy to check wat downloads u want ty:p

Whether or not this would be a good idea or not ... (I think it is not... )

... I am pretty sure it would be unworkable. Limewire is not a central distributor of files, it is a mechanism to connect people who want to share files, and I can't see that a count of exchanged files could be made, let alone distributed.
