Minimum and maximum file size settings

How about minimum and maximum file size settings for searches.

the current feature that block users who share minimum number of files should be expanded/ modified so that i could also block them based on the capacity of their sharing...

i hate it when people just put hundreds of useless *.txt files in their share directory, and ... need to block those people so that only those who are sharing >600MB (maybe more?) able to download....
