It would be great if LimeWire could perform a new search on startup for incomplete files, and if it finds exact matches in size and filename, move the file to the download queue.

I think that if that should be an option. But there should be an option to start the resuming of the Incomplete files in that area as well.

I agree wholeheartedly, you should be able to resume your incomplete downloads from a pane or the folder itself. I am lost as to how to resume these files, when some of them are ninety percent done.
