New Feature Requests Your idea for a cool new feature. Or, a LimeWire annoyance that has to get changed. |

![]() Yeah i get that too! Its very ....! And blocking terms dont work at all... Well, it do work... for a little bit... only the filename... but the comment... 'Not Related To: (The name that u were searching for)'... dont block... I tried to block 'Not Related To', but its not checking the comment... So they still showed up... Also the Filesize, i had a file in downloadlist... only it needed more sources... i searched for the name + filesize... but filesize became filename aswell... |

![]() Actually I have seen them as well, this is an example of a search for a popular artist here in Oz....All the fake crap stays at the top and then you have the genuine after it..... ![]() 03 track 3 will say not related to...and then the artists name... So maybe just use the word track....

![]() It's really strange because you can rearrange by comment. Can't really see why the keyword filter won't filter them if Limewire notices them. @WW From the screenshots I see these are .wma files, so block .wma like I have told everyone thousands of times now No wonder these results don't show in my searches ![]() There is a list of words and extensions to block in the thread you pointed to |

![]() I seem to have been fairly successful marking them as junk, but there doesn't seem to be an option to not display junk results, so the mark isn't really that helpful. I use Limewire. It would seem to me that this problem would have to be solved at the network level, to not allow these files to show up in search results at all. |

![]() A good way to get rid of an undesirable file like this in the results is by going in the "Location" column on the right side of the search window (if enabled) and see who hosts it. Go to "Tools > Options > Filters > Hosts" and type in the IP (range)(s) you want to block. Sorry if I'm numerically dim--I've tried it before, and it's somehow effective. |
