Search Results Are More Reliable

I noticed when I typed in a result, it was exactly what I looked for, and suddenly, it goes off the results for no reason.

Are you able to have it so they stay on the page, plus when you type a keywork or title, if that word matches with the file name, there is a 100% it will come up unless it is in the junk.
