VLC and Frostwire
 

Hi one and all, Iv'e just noticed that an old niggle about VLC player not launching in LWire (Launches from disc but not from within LWire) does not appear to happen in Frostwire??? it launches fine in FWire, any ideas on this?
Is it different code? can it be fixed?
( As you probably realise I know NOTHING about code)

VLC will launch from within LW just fine if you're using a LW Beta version 4.13.0 or later. FW versions are Beta versions (latest FW is 4.13.1.7);)

So I guess there's been some change in the code for the Beta versions, but I wouldn't know what it is:giggle:

AFAIK there's no FW changelog but you could ask over here if you're interested.
