 thx Thanks folks.  I had in fact unchecked a sharing box in that menu, but I later realized it was for folders other than the Shared folder, which explains why it didn't make a difference at the time.  I'm on top of it now. Though I'm still not sure why the bandwidth split was so unequal... everyone else can spare more than my superslow connxn can.   |
