Ads In Files! - Please Filter!

I am sick of downloading files only find that they have been altered by someone to include an ad! I have been searching for over a month for a quality copy of *******. Every download I get has this stupid voice that comes in saying "defastas.inc". Please find a way to filter out this sort of totally useless content. It only clogs the network and wastes users time and space.
