Limewire No Help< Can You?
 

I recently ordered the Lime-wire Pro. I can not get any help from your company in installing this product. I have sent several emails describing the problem, with no response. I don't understand why they sell a product and don't troubleshoot with it, or even have the courtesy to respond to emails? cherylalene


This is a copy of the email sent;
"I've tried downloading and it doesn't download properly. I have two icons on my desktop, when opened they both offer the same set-up. Now the set-up is the only thing that will open, not the shortcut?? Should there be a shortcut?I never added one?? Can not even see the lime wire page to request uploads. Thanks, cherylalene
