Hi, first of all- I realy like it(bought the Pro version 2 days ago)
Here some suggestions:

Incomplete downloads: how about an option, to automatically search for the file, with an user option, to decide wich one might be the one?

Incomplete- downloads: the percentage that was transmitted would be handy, as well as a limit for what apears at all- let's say I want only to see the ones, that made it above 50%, these are worth trying to resume( see first point)- the ones that stalled after 1% can automaticly be deleted.

Download bandwidth: I like the option to restrict the upload bandwidth, but the downside might be handy to restrict as well- so I still could use my computer for other tasks, even if I have a verry fast fiering server- and an "easy button" to give back the full priority would be even better- if I finished the other tasks( browsing, gameing, whatever)and am just waiting for Limewire to finish the downloads- I just have to push the full throttle button, and go to bed :o)
