annoying "cute girl has...." files

Can nothing be done to remove the file that always appears on every search, with "xxxxxxxxxx" (title being sought) "cute girl has orgasm on webcam" ? The file is usually 117.7kb, and the sheer number of these spam entries must take up Gb of Limewire capacity!
