Filter for WORMS in MP3 files
 

I would like to have the LW client check for WORMS like mentioned in this article. I have received one of these files. It puts urls in a number of fields in the MP3 file.

This looks a strategy from music cartel to kill the music sharing in the internet. They'll say: let's make players to interpret code into the mp3 files and users will be alarmed and will stop getting files. So the pay $$$ to the big software monopolies to implement it and... the music sharing will get poisoned. Yes, a good plan.

it's not an issue if you're not using windows media player or realplayer...and those two programs generally suck anyway....

Personally, as a developer, any program
which by DEFAULT will allow the transfer
of EXE extension files, is a trojan,
and should be treated as such.
