Previewing Video/Audio Files

How about a feature to be able to preview Video and Audio files before starting to download them, so people can make sure they're getting what they searched for because I've had files that say its one thing and then be something completely different.

The way the preview works is it plays the % you have downloaded. So the option you are suggesting is totally different.

Files that you download via LW are files shared by other users. There's no central server. So it's only possible to preview what you've downloaded.

If you want to check files before download, Bitzi is your best bet: How to use Bitzi

If a file's been rated then you'll see other users' opinions about the file. It's often handy for picking up misnamed files. If you download the Bitcollider utility, you can rate files yourself - to help other users :)
