hi there new to this i need to know why when i want to download a song on limewire why do i get 80 choices of porn i have 4 kids using limewire i need to get rid of the porn

Why do you get 80 choices of porn, when you enter google?

Because people download it.

In Phex you can activate the adult filter, which will get rid of most of the porn, but not of all.
And your kids can deactivate the filter (as they can do with googles filter).

If you want a password protected filter for Phex, you should consider giving our main programmer an incentive to create it (instead of creating some other cool feature which is more fun to create), for example by giving a meaningful bounty (but remember, that one programmer hour costs about 100¬, means about 120$, and that a good password protection takes some time to write).


Besides: You stumbled into the Phex Forum with your question, which also is a Gnutella p2p Program, but isn't LimeWire.

Maybe that had a reason, and you should give Phex a try...
