Then it's quite possible that it happened while Phex scanned the files which you decided to share.

In Gnutella, clients do some preprocessing of shared files (sha1 hash, keyword extraction from names for search routing) before the files actually get shared, and this can create some strain for your disk and CPU.

Please tell us if it happens again.
