Security tab says 'deny'
I am a new user and have set up Phex as per instructions. My first attempt to download resulted in no action, I checked the 'security' tab and saw a full page of IP addresses with Type: 'deny' written next to them. The description column had 'system rule'. I switched off my firewall and ensured that my router was correctly set for port forwarding, but this made no difference. What do I try next?
