How does this work?

I just signed on to Newtella. I can search for artist and songs. It takes awhile more than Napster. But I'm not complaining. How do I download? I see file name I want on the "Search" menu. I see the IP addresses on the "Connections" menu but they seem to not download and how will I know when they are downloading. I sent them to the same files I have for Napster. Can anyone help me out there?
