HOW TO GET THIS TO WORK

This seems to work for me. I've been testing a few things out. First of all when the program starts up set the min. connections to 16 and the max. connections to 20. If you pay attention to the activity where it says how many messages per second you are recieving then when the number goes over 100 then type in your search. This seems to work for me.

The only thing I would like to ask is when I ask it to find no more that 200 songs I get an ever increasing list of over 1000 songs. The only way I can find to stop this is to cancel the connections. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution?

I think you'll find if you read carefully that the maximum is for how many results your computer sends for each search initiated on your list, this in fact helps your machine not get deluged by useless searches.
