In the FAQ section on the newtella site, 5th question up from the bottom, which refers to when i run the program, i get the message \"The NEWTELLA.EXE file is linked to missing export ININET.DLL:InternetGetConnectedState\" . In the FAQ, the solution is to get internet explorer 5.0, but i run communicator, and don't wish to download IE. So what can I do or is that the only solution?
