The mouse cursor keeps jumping when I open Windows 10.
Is there an easy way to fix it, please? The internet is not much help, as the only site I could access gives only a very complicated solution, which involves the installation of new software, and which I find impossible to follow, as I am not a technical person. Thank you in advance for your help. Joe Busuttil |

I only know about Windows 7. You can reload the driver for the mouse. Is your computer running clean? Run a cleaning program and shut your computer down and reboot. I had a desktop running XP that did this a while back that had a bad keyboard and it was not the mouse. But I believe you are running a laptop. Sorry I am not of more help.
